10 reasons why you should not miss the ASK30 Seminar & Celebration

1) This is the biggest Aikido event in Singapore’s history and probably the whole of Southeast Asia.

2) It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience different styles of practice and make new friends from all over the world as participants will comprise representatives from over 26 countries and various Aikido groups in Singapore.

3)Waiting another ten years for the next decennial anniversary is too long a wait!

4) This will be the mega 3-in-1 ASK event of 2018. ASK30 will incorporate both the 9th International Friendship Seminar (IFS) and the 6th All ASK demonstration & seminar.

5) Waka Sensei, the great grandson of the Founder of Aikido and Heir to Aikikai Aikido World leadership will make his inaugural appearance in Singapore. His visit will also mark the first time a significant Aikido leader is visiting our country.

6) You will benefit from sessions led by more than 10 internationally-renowned and influential Instructors (including Waka Sensei), all with diverse backgrounds. No less than 9 of them hold the Shihan (Master Instructor) Title.

7) Be awed by a 90-minute demonstration of top notch Aikido skills by Aikido Masters from around the world.

9) The event will be held @ Our Tampines Hub, the first integrated lifestyle hub in Singapore with a fully-air-conditioned training space equivalent to 20 badminton courts.

10) Round off the celebration of this key milestone with other members and guests from all over the world at a gala dinner with an estimated 800 guests and VIPs. Local dignitaries as well as the Japanese ambassador will grace the occasion.
